Freckle TV presents the first instalment of the Erotic Cinema Club at SHADES with a Valentine's Day screening of The Love Witch.

Freckle TV is an Australian content creation studio with a focus on diversity. Freckle TV is youthful, down to earth and raw. It creates content in the form of original show ideas, documentaries, short films, videocasts and podcasts for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

The Love Witch (2016) follows charismatic Wiccan woman Elaine (Samantha Robinson) who’s on the prowl for the man of her dreams. After moving to an apartment in California, she sets to work creating talismans, casting spells and using "sex magic" to attract a lover. Her powers are so potent, however, that romance soon turns to murder and Elaine leaves a string of handsome victims in her feminine (and feminist) wake. Victorian tea rooms, majick shops, woodsy cabins, burlesque bars, sacred ceremonies — they're all rendered here in lush Technicolor hues and devilishly stylish production design.

The Freckle TV Erotic Cinema Club is an exploration of sexuality in cinema, interrogating a different subject each week.
