Welcome to our first ever FLOWS 'N FREQUENCIES at Infinite.co.
This new concept is to combine breathwork, but with a twist. Each month we will be carefully curating a playlist from some of your favourite artists with a matching breath flow to create an immersive breathwork journey that is not to the usual style of beats.
Join us on Saturday 30th November at 08.30am, where we'll explore deep breathwork paired with the transformative sounds of the incredible Fred Again..—allowing his music to flow through each inhale and exhale, enhancing connection, release, and presence.
In this session, we’ll combine rhythmic breathing with our fave Fred Again tracks, diving into a transformative experience where his music amplifies the power of breath. Perfect for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners, this event invites you to connect to your breath, body, and soul—all through the frequencies of music that we love.
