It's time to cultivate the calm with the Summer x Salt FREE community meditations and sound healing.
Join us every Saturday fortnight at 7am at Clarko Reserve, Trigg from Oct 21-Mar 30(Christmas pop up Dec 23rd) (First and Third Saturdays of the month)
Our masterful facilitators will guide you back to yourselves through varied modalities.
Immerse yourself in the melody of the singing bowls with Colleen from @soundandreikihealing or feel yourself grounded in your body in meditation with Cat Cronin
You'll need:
🙏 yoga mat/ towel
🙏 water bottle
🙏 sun protection
🙏 an open mind and heart
