Free Beachside Pilates
Event description
Get active, move and feel energised with our free community Pilates class to kick start your Saturday mornings 🙌🌞
9am fortnighly on Saturdays from Oct 21st - March 30th at Clarko Reserve, Trigg (First and Third Saturdays of the month and Xmas Pop Up Dec 23rd)
Breathe in the salt and feel the sun warm your skin, matching the fire you'll feel in your body moving 🙏🌊
Give it a go, show up, we welcome ALL ages and levels 🙏 Free event for all.
You'll need:
✨ yoga mat/ towel
✨ water bottle
✨ sun protection
✨ your best "give it a go" attitude
Class is free. Donations are welcome and donated to Saltwater Cleanups, cleanings our beaches and educating the community on zero waste living.
