Free Being Weekend Retreat

This mindfulness meditation retreat is for anyone who feels they would like to live life with more spontaneity and freedom.

During the weekend you will be guided through a range of sitting, walking and moving practices that are designed specifically to calm the bodymind and guide us into a state of openness and freedom. 

As we begin to shed all that restricts and holds us back from living freely, we enter into our natural state of presence. From this place we are able to experience all that life offers from a space of alive stillness, deep contentment and joyful appreciation for all that is.

Over the retreat as we practice together there will be regular opportunities to connect, ask questions and discuss your experiences as well as times when we enter into communal silence to support the process of awakening to ourselves as free Being. 

The retreat will be led by Neave Ross-Wallace who will be drawing on over 30 years experience as a meditator, mindfulness teacher, Gestalt therapist and educator. To find out more about Neave visit https://www.mindwise.co.nz/tra... 

This retreat is for beginners through to seasoned practitioners but is not suitable for anyone who has a history of serious mental health conditions or is presently undergoing intensive treatment. Please contact Neave if you wish to discuss this further.

Mt Hutt Retreat offers comfortable warm budget accommodation with shared bathrooms. All meals from Friday evening dinner through to Sunday lunch will be from a delicious plant-based menu catering for all dietary requirements.
