Hi, I'm Bianca!

I'm running a free breathwork session on Sunday morning at Shelly Park (Cronulla).

The 45min Session

We'll start with a short intro on what to expect, followed by a grounding bodyscan and breath flow using various breathwork techniques.

This is a free session with maximum 20 spots. If you can't attend, please cancel so that someone else can take your spot.

Meeting location

Meet at the northern end of Shelly Park, on the grass patch on the ocean-side of the footpath.

What to bring

Bring a towel or yoga mat, and something to shade your eyes from the sun. A dip in the ocean and coffee afterwards is optional.

Disclaimer

Breathwork can be stimulating for the mind and body. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns before attending.
