Breathwork Session: A 1-hour practical session to improve thought, feeling and behaviour. Rory uses specifically curated music, and evidence-based breathing, as tools to enhance mind and body health. You'll be lying down as Rory guides you through 3 breathwork techniques, which directly tap into the brain & body to help reduce stress, improve wellbeing and enhance daily performance.

About Rory:
Rory is an industry leading Performance & Wellness Coach, UltraMarathon Runner, and Keynote Speaker. He specialises in breathwork and nervous system regulation to improve mental health, wellbeing and daily optimisation. In 2017, Rory was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and prescribed SSRIs. Whilst searching for holistic modalities to improve his health he discovered breathwork. The effects were immediate and so apparent, he decided to leave his career in FMCG sales to pursue a life of helping people feel happier and healthier through evidence-based breathwork. Rory works with clients and patients in 6 key areas; workplace, medical, sport, education, community and charity. A few clients include Google, Amazon, Canva, ASX, Ashurst, Uber, OMD, Mirvac, Special Group, Cognizant, Energy Australia, LinkedIn, BCG, BUPA, Coles, Fishbowl, TedX, along with professional athletes including Sydney Swans, Olympians and Paralympians. He's been featured in GQ, Vogue, Sydney Morning Herald, Qantas Insider, Australian Woman’s Weekly, Vice and Broadsheet, and you can practice breathwork with him on apps such as OPEN and The Pilates Class. Alongside his role as a coach, he works with a number of brands such as Lululemon, Apple, and Technogym as an ambassador, partner, and educator. As an athlete, Rory has competed in a number of international races including Ultra-Trail Australia 50km & 100km and The Atacama Crossing Chile 250km.
