FREE Community Gathering

The world feels heavy right now. The fear and pain so many are carrying just trying to live and survive can feel overwhelming. It can feel exhausting to exist.

This gathering is for all humans who are feeling the weight of what is happening in the world and who want to come together in care, compassion and solidarity. Whether you are directly impacted or standing in support of those who are, this is a space to breathe to feel and to be held in community.

I don’t know any other way of resisting than to create moments and spaces for feeling, healing and dreaming.

I am so thankful to know humans who are volunteering their time and energy and resources to help their community.

A very special 💓THANK YOU💓 to @themakeandmary for the generous cacao donation so all participants can embrace plant medicine for the heart, if they feel called.

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillows, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mug for cacao! Chairs will be provided for those who do not want to sit on the floor.

The doors will close 10min after start time.
