FREE COMMUNITY SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP - For kids 7-11 yo.
This class will give you more options, skills and confidence to stay safe in a range of situations relevant to our lives. These one-hour lessons will enhance your skills and confidence to effectively defend yourself and stay safe.
✅ 1 hour – very basic skills
✅ Supportive and safe environment
✅ No experience needed
Who: Kids 7-11 yo
Where: KIX Taekwondo Rolleston Club, 10/35 Illinois Drive, Rolleston
When: Saturday 25th of October, 1000–1100 (kids 7–11 years old)
Price: Free to attend
