FREE COMMUNITY SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP - For Women and Girls Ages 12 and Up
This class will give you more options, skills and confidence to stay safe in a range of situations relevant to our lives. These one-hour lessons will enhance your skills and confidence to effectively defend yourself and stay safe.

Who: Women and Girls Ages 12 and Up
