Join us on ClubQ lawn for Early Rise Yoga, a gentle, inclusive morning session led by local yogi Domenica. This easygoing flow is designed for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a regular on the mat.

We'll move together through mindful stretches, take time to ground ourselves, and ease into the day with intention and feeling energised.
