About Anthony Semann: Anthony Semann is a director and co-founder of Semann & Slattery, a consultancy that has worked with the early and primary education and community sectors for more than 25 years. With over 35 years in early childhood education, Anthony began his career as an early childhood teacher in long day care before moving into research, consulting and leadership development.

He has delivered hundreds of keynotes and more than 15,000 professional development programs across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the Americas, and is known for turning research into strategies educators can use on the floor.
