WIRE, RMIT Skills and Jobs Centre, and City of Melbourne Libraries present: FREE EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOPS FOR WOMEN & GENDER DIVERSE PEOPLE.

This session will focus on job interviews, available both online and in person.

Sasha Kinnane from ANZ will talk about:

How to dress for an interview and feel empowered

How does ANZ approach recruitment 

What is the private sector doing to address barriers for re-entering employment, such as gender discrimination and how do ANZ approach this

Answering interview questions

What are ways you request for your needs to be met during interviews in other workplaces 

WIRE workshops aims to build your confidence by connecting you with information and resources. We provide a space where we understand you are the expert in your own life. We do this using our trauma informed, person centred and intersectional feminist frameworks.
