Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
How to set effective Goals & Intentions: Victoria will share the science backed framework for effective goal setting which you'll use later in the session to finally set goals and intentions that will help you reach your full potential.
Breathwork Flow: A Breathwork Flow guided by Master Breathwork Instructor, Victoria to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self. While you are in this headspace you will have access to the great clarity that comes with a regulated nervous system and from this place you will be able to take aligned and meaningful actions.
Intention and Goal Setting: Victoria will use specific and targeted questions to help you get clarity about how you want to feel and what steps you need to take in order to create the reality you desire.
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together to share our experiences and I will answer all of your questions.

What to bring:

A curiosity to explore yourself and gain clarity about your next steps
Water Bottle
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in (option to sit comfortably or lay down during the guided Breathwork flow)
Journal or something you can write your reflections on
An open mind and eagerness to learn
