We are very excited to share this FREE community event for the people of Kyabram and surrounds.
Please join former AFL great Wayne Schwass, one of Australia’s leading mental health advocates, Puka Up founder and past AFL Premiership player.

By sharing his own raw and honest experience with mental health, Wayne has been creating a healthier emotional future for so many.
Wayne will share his inspirational story in a hope to reduce suicide through open and honest conversations.
He will deliver insights on how to normalise mental health conversations as part of everyday life, connecting physical and mental wellbeing, teach ways to look out for your mates, plus strategies & tips in creating a wellbeing toolbox.
