    Journaling, A Self-Care Tool for Everyone

    Journaling is a powerful self-care tool that can help you to process your thoughts and emotions, set goals, and track your progress. In this free workshop, you will learn about the different ways to journal, and how journaling can benefit your mental and emotional health. You will also be given a quote prompt to help you jumpstart your journaling journey.

    Participants will need to bring either a notebook and pen, tablet, or laptop as their choice of journaling.

    What You Will Learn

    • The different types of journaling
    • The benefits of journaling for self-care
    • How to set up a journaling routine
    • How to use journaling to process your thoughts and emotions
    • How to use journaling to set goals
    • How to use journaling to track your progress

    Appropriate for ages 13 to adult. This is a family friendly event. You are welcome to bring your own beverage. 

    Join us for Free First Friday! The first Friday of each month will be a Free Activity. If you've always wanted to try a class with us this is the perfect opportunity! RSVP is required, 10 seats available.
