Free First Friday: Origami

Learn the ancient art of origami in this free workshop!
Join us for Free First Friday! For the first Friday of each month there will be a Free Activity. If you've always wanted to try a class with us this is the perfect opportunity! RSVP is required, 10 seats available.
Origami is the art of folding paper to create different shapes and figures. It is a fun and relaxing activity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of origami and how to create a variety of different models, including animals, flowers, and geometric shapes.
This is a family friendly event. You are welcome to bring your own beverage or snack.
What You Will Learn/Make:
- Learn the basics of origami
- Create your own paper crane, flower, or other shapes
- Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of folding paper

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS
This class is available to take In Person at our Shop at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042. Materials and tools will be provided during the class.
APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION
This class is appropriate for Adults, Teens, and Children to participate in. Participants must be at least 12 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.
CLASS PARTICIPATION
This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event participants will be notified of any changes.
