Free flowing to some awesome tunes to help get the endorphins flowing and your body moving to the rhythm of your soul.
Rohan will lead you to connect with your breath in an embodied breath work experience. Breathe out your worries and find total freedom and release in your being.

Then be lulled into meditation by the lovely Alma, who will guide you through a meditation to settle body, mind and heart.
During the session be immersed by the unique sounds of Scotty Maxwell who will bring his talented sound skills to the party.
