Led by experienced movement facilitator Melinda, this session offers a powerful blend of embodied movement, mindfulness, and emotional expression. Through intuitive dance and guided exploration, you’ll deepen self-awareness, awaken your authentic self, and cultivate a sense of joy, purpose, and connection.

Whether you're seeking personal growth, emotional release, or simply want to dance and have fun in supportive community, this FreeDance session is for you. No dance experience needed—just a willingness to show up and move as you are.

About Your Facilitator – Melinda

Melinda is a passionate and experienced movement and embodiment facilitator based in Dee Why on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She is a certified Nia FreeDance Instructor, holding qualifications in Nia Freedance, Nia Blue Belt, Nia Move it! and Nia 5 Stages, blending somatic movement, mindfulness, and dance to create a holistic, healing experience.

Melinda also has over 20 year experience in the entertainment industry. With a deep love for dance, wellness, and self-expression, Melinda brings her background in performing arts into every class, guiding participants to move with freedom, confidence, and joy. Her approach nourishes the mind, body, and soul, offering a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, explore emotional expression, and experience movement as a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
