Outline:

Good governance can add real value to an organisation and its future, particularly if the board focuses on the longer term opportunities and risks rather than the day-to-day small decisions. This webinar will explore 10 of the key conversations that boards should prioritise to enable the organisation to be fit for future and navigate this highly complex environment.

This session supports LiiFT’s Governance & Accountability and Strategy, Purpose & Future Focus capability areas and is particularly relevant for organisations at the Strengthen and Sustain & Scale stages.

Feedback from previous participants:

"Carol's breakdown of the role I play on the board, and her reassurance that I don't need to have everything in front of me—just enough to make a reasonably informed judgment—was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated her knowledge and the engaging discussion."
"The whole session with Carol was great. She explained everything clearly, and I found her kōrero easy to understand."
"Everything! Carol presented a wealth of valuable information."
