Free Hügelkultur Workshop

In this free community workshop by SEE Change, you will learn how to make a "Hügelkultur" bed: a moisture-retaining and nutrient-rich raised garden bed made from woody debris and green garden waste.

This age-old Eastern European technique beautifully combines composting and growing processes into one highly efficient and self-sustaining growing practice. Best of all, this technique is easy enough to replicate at home and a great way to make use of whatever garden waste you have lying around!
