FREE ICE BATH

Our first FREE ICE BATH event of 2021 hosted by The Human Excellence Group at the Summer X Salt Markets at Trigg. Jump in on Jan 16th for an EPIC morning at Clarko Reserve Trigg.

To qualify for your FREE ticket we normally ask for each person to join us at a morning dip at The Human Excellence Project, but this time we are wanting new people to experience the magic of the freezing cold ice 

We'll start with Marcel Hof Method Breath Work, then Priming & finally jump into the freezing ICE Bath.

Putting all the daily hard work together! This is why we do the Monday morning meditations and Wednesday breathwork sessions . To get ourselves ready for tough challenges! This is just one of them occasions.

3 mins in the ICE Bath at -1°

Then jump into the ocean with us to celebrate how wonderful life is!

Join us at Summer Salt Markets on Jan 16th at Clarko Reserve, Trigg.

Please get there at 5:45am sharp so we can begin the breathing together at 6am. 

This will be one amazing experience, especially by the beach at sunrise! Come and join us. 

Stay for the morning with Free Meditation at 7am, Free Yoga at 8am and Free Pilates at 9am. Then enjoy a day at the markets from 9am - 1pm.
