FREE info session: The Power Of Sound Healing

You are warmly invited to this info session to discover the transformative power of sound healing and how you can use it for your own wellbeing.

You’ll hear about:

The connection between sound and healing
Basic principles of how sound and frequencies work on your body, mind and emotions
Uses of sound to release and balance energy
Typical tools used in sound healing
Scientific research on sound healing
Sound healing as a spiritual practice
How sound can serve you in everyday life

You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, and we’ll finish with a mini sound bath so that you can have a direct experience of the power of sound.

What you need:
• Headphones and a good internet connection
• Pen and paper
