How it works...

When you register for the event, you’ll be sent a Google Meet link.

The meeting is 90 minutes long, including time for the Q&A.

If you can't make it, you'll be sent a recording.

The workshop is practical.

You'll work through 7 practical tools and be left clear about next steps to take after the class if you want to deepen your learning.

About Emma

Emma is the founder of the Women, Power & Wellbeing Method, a 1:1 private coaching program.

She is a certified body image and wellbeing coach, trained in evidence-based cognitive behavioural coaching techniques and the principles of Intuitive Eating.

Emma has lived experience of recovering from an eating disorder, speaks regularly at schools around NZ and has a book published by Harper Collins.
