Regulating your nervous system is a hot topic across the internet right now and I wanted to create a little online space to offer some insight that might just help with that.

Join this FREE masterclass to take a deep dive into what happens to your nervous system when you experience high levels of prolonged stress.

Explore each of your stress responses (more commonly known as Fight, Flight, Freeze and Fawn) and create an opportunity for yourself to see how these play out in your life, identify the patterns they keep you looped in and learn how breathwork helps you completely re-write your relationship to stress and regulating your nervous system.

This is for you if:

you have a tendency to fly off the handle or get upset at the drop of a hat, there might even be no apparent reason you're aware of

you always find yourself doomscrolling then feel like you have no time for anything you actually want to do or achieve

you want to speak up for yourself or share your opinion, maybe even set a boundary but you just completely freeze up and your mind goes blank when you try

These are a tiny number of examples of ways your stress responses can show up in real life, but I wanted to highlight a few of the more common ones incase the concept of a 'stress response' is newer to you.

This masterclass is designed to expand your awareness of not only what each of the responses mean but also to be able to identify when you are actively in a stress response in your real life. It's only when we have the awareness of what's actually happening that we then have any power to do something about it.
