Free Meditative Walk | Sunday 28th April | Shoal Point Park 

Join us for an afternoon to be at one with nature. Walking meditation is beautiful opportunity to connect with the elements, connect with yourself and become present in the here and now. There will be a few introductory practices to help us prepare, become more present and aware, before departing on our walking meditation. This session will start and finish at the same location. No experience necessary - come with an open mind and heart. This event will be hosted by Caitlyn from House of She (note: this event is open and welcoming of all). 

Cost: FREE! Thanks to Northern Beaches Community Week, Mackay Regional Council Activate My Place Funding & Greater Whitsunday Communities

Location: Shoal Point Park

Time: 4:30 - 5:30pm

Please bring: Hat, sun safe clothes & water bottle. 

Participants: This event is for adults, however teenagers who are mature, respectful of the essence of the meditative walk and wanting to experience something like this are more than welcome.

Consider wearing pants with pockets or utilising a bumbag for the storage of car keys whilst you mindfully walk.
