Monthly Mental Health Hike
Event description
This month we will be hiking the Cunningham Falls trail in Catoctin Mountain State Park. We will park at the William Houck Lake area. PLEASE NOTE for this hike you will need to pay an entrance fee at the park. The entrance fee is per person $5 for non MD residents and $3 for MD residents. Once the hike is over you will be able to enjoy the lake area. My suggestion is to bring a packed lunch so you can enjoy the area more. We will park at the North Beach Area where the trail-head begins.

Come hike with us! This 1x/month FREE group provides the opportunity to create community while reducing stress, calming anxiety, and harnessing the power of nature & positive psychology. Kids are welcome with an attending adult.
