Join Elise Riannen, the founder of Here's to Strength every month for an evening of connection, validation and inspiration, celebrating local women, their journeys and their strengths as they navigate life, love and self care.

Spaces are limited, so please ensure you register so we know how many women we can expect to hold space for. No registration fee is required, however if you would like to make a donation to our charity, Here's to Strength Community Wellness Collaborative - all proceeds will go towards the charities vision for equitable access to self care in the South of Adelaide.

BYO water bottle and pillow if you feel comfortable to be seated on the floor (alternatively a chair can be provided for you), dress comfortably and feel safe to show up as you are however that may be.

No children sorry, this will be a mature space for women to speak openly with others.

Event includes 6pm-7.30pm - Meditation and Sharing Circle with the option afterwards to stay and enjoy a herbal tea and socialisation between 7.30pm-8.30pm.
