Join Northern Beaches Community Playgroup & Cait from House of She for a special Mum & Bub Meditation Circle. This is a FREE event.

We will set up a quiet space at the opposite end of the Esplanade to playgroup for a peaceful experience. We invite Mums with pre-crawling babies to join us for this intimate event where you will have the opportunity to learn and experience breathing and relaxation techniques and partake in a guided relaxation. Motherhood is quiet the journey - taking the time to stop, breathe, be mindful and present is imperative to keeping your cup full.

BYO - mat for you, playmat for baby and a cushion. No noisy toys. The cushion will be handy for your own comfort when sitting and laying down and will allow you to prop yourself up comfortably if baby would prefer to lay down on your chest during the guided relaxation.

Time: Please arrive with enough time to be set and be ready for the session to commence at 9:15am. This will be a 30 min session. You are welcome to stay on and join the playgroup / mothers group experience post meditation circle.
