FREE Community Yoga for NBCP - Sunday 18th August

Arrive at 7:20am ready for a 7:30am start. We will commence the morning with a pranayama as we silently take in the fresh sea air and views, before moving into a beautiful one hour vinyasa yoga class. The class itself will be in tune with the sunrise and nature surrounding us by incorporating a gentle but uplifting and energizing, flowing stretch with elements of balance, strength, flexibility and a restorative savasana to finish. We'll nourish our mind, body and spirit in a relaxing, safe, and welcoming space beside the ocean at Bucasia Esplanade. The class will be full of those beautiful golden, blissful moments whilst we explore our breath and seek inner peace. This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoginis. Let’s enter the day on our own terms, purposefully and peacefully in nature. The class will finish at 8:30am and we will then make our way across to the Beachfront Bar & Restaurant for coffee/breakfast (pay your own way).

When selecting your tickets, please ensure you select the correct ticket to match your intention - Yoga only / Breaky only / Yoga & Breaky. Even if you're just coming for breaky/coffee please secure a ticket so that we can ensure we have booked a big enough table for those attending.

BYO - Picnic rug (waterproof recommended) to place under your yoga mat, yoga mat, water bottle, large rolled up beach towel and eye pillow for savasana (highly recommend). Other optional BYO items - yoga blocks and bolster if you wish. *Unfortunately this class is not for women who are currently pregnant (apologies - I truly wish I could include you all).
