New Moon , New Intentions

So excited to invite you to a beautiful ritual that I have been doing monthly myself for a few years now and I would love to share it with you too!

It’s so powerful to have clarity on what you want your life to look like, and when we work with the magnetic energies of the new moon we can create anything we desire. We have a clean slate with a new moon to start a fresh month. Calling in divine guidance so we can create anything we desire, tapping into our feminine essence Te become magnetic in allowing and surrendering to have our dreams come to us!

The night includes a few different practises.

- A short Yin yoga practise to drop into the space. (Suitable for beginners)

- Calling in what it is you what life you’d like to create for yourself.

- Connecting to our guides

- Awaken your inner goddess

- Finding connections with likeminded beings

- Exploring sensuality in the body

- Connecting deeper with yourself and your body

The practises vary each month!

This is night of self-care just for you.

You your matt, candles, hot cup of tea and other like minded who are eager to make some changes in their life. Tapping into your feminine energy to give back to yourself.

A little bit about myself, I love gathering and connecting people. I work as a trauma & transformational mentor where I guide people on 8 week journeys home to themselves, beneath the layers of conditioning. Connecting them back to their inner light and finding clarity and alignment to move forwards in life.

I also host in person Hapeh ceremonies (amazonian plant medicine) on the Gold Coast. Very passionate about grounding our human bodies back to mother earth and her womb of powerful nurturing energy.
