Free Nitrate Water Testing - Killinchy
Event description
Selwyn District Council, with support from Selwyn Waihora Zone Committee, and Ellesmere Sustainable Agriculture, is hosting three free nitrate water testing events for anyone on a private water supply.
Testing your water
To test your water, please bring 100ml of water in a clean sealed container. This could be a glass jar with a lid, drinking water bottle, or a plastic soft drink bottle that’s been rinsed out.
The test takes about five minutes, and you will receive your results on the same day.

only.

Please book a time slot to test your water.
Water filter companies and other providers will be on-site to discuss options for your water supply. You’ll also be able to talk to representatives from the Council and the organisations above.
