On Saturday 23 August we’re opening our doors (well… the Great Hall’s doors!), for a FREE Open Day class that’s 100% beginner-friendly, joy-filled, and totally unforgettable.

Join us for an hour of high-energy, harmony-fuelled fun, lead by NZ’s Pop A Cappella specialists! We're a bunch of singing enthusiasts, who love creating harmony with anyone who loves to sing; it's as simple as that!

What to expect:
We’ll be learning a spiffy new arrangement of a current pop hit, in 3-part harmony (maybe a bit of beat-boxing?!!), just using our voices!

Don’t worry about preparing anything, you just need to book your (free) seat via the link, and then show up ready to sing!

Who is it for?

Everyone! Well… everyone over the age of 16 who loves singing! At Voices Co. we have vocal classes and Pop A Cappella choirs for singers of all levels, from beginner through to professional performers. This particular session is designed for anyone who’s Aca-Curious and keen to see / try what we do!

Whether you’re a closet car singer, a former performer, or someone who’s always thought “I can’t sing” — this class is for you. You might just surprise yourself.

ABOUT VOICES CO.

Voices Co. is NZ's home of Pop A Cappella, creating Choir like you've never heard it before!

Voices Co. specialises in bespoke, Pop A Cappella choirs; creating every note, beat, and sound using only the voice! We sing current pop songs, giving them our own twist, and crafting them in a collaborative way that celebrates every voice in the room. It's a bit of a Monday night obsession, and we get a real kick out of finding new members to share the magic with!

COOL, I'M IN... WHAT NEXT?

We run a bunch of different Open and Auditioned Pop A Cappella choirs; adult groups are on Mondays, kids and youth are on Thursdays.

We have intakes each term for our open programme + a big showcase / concert in July and Nov. We also have 3 smaller auditioned Vocal Squads, and we cast these via auditions twice a year (Feb / July).
