Every Wednesday in October we will be hosting FREE pregnancy Pilates classes in partnership with Ripe Maternity.

With a fully qualified instructors from Peaches Pilates you are invited to be guided through a safe practice suited for mums to be from all stages of pregnancy.

Plus, for our class on Wednesday October 4 - all participants will be gifted their outfit set from Ripe Maternity.

Time: 9am - 10am

Location: Level 4, outside M.J Bale in the Bondi Haven pop up.

Cost: FREE

Inclusions:

Free Pregnancy Class with Fitness First instructors
Active wear outfit set from Ripe Maternity (first class only) including 1 x top and 1 x bottom. Outfits to be collected from the store before the class.

Yoga mats and water

Waiver must be completed before the class. All participants are to be given clearance by your medical practitioner before registering for the class.

Guidelines for yoga during pregnancy:
• Twists not recommended after 16 weeks
• No prone work after 16 weeks
• Hip mobility may be compromised
• Pregnancy is a contra-indication for first time yoga participants
