Description

Puketāpapa: Amplify Your Impact Workshop Series: Developing a strategic framework for working with communities

Date: 22nd April 2026

Time: 12:45pm - 2:45pm

Cost: FREE

Location: Timohina Room, Wesley Community Centre, 740 Sandringham Road Extension, Mt Roskill

Presenter: Denise Bijoux

NOTE: These sessions are FREE to community groups, social enterprises and charities operating or based in the Puketāpapa Local Board area.

What are our strategies for working with communities? Using design thinking, appreciative inquiry and Transition Towns models, this session will help you develop a strategic approach to your work.

You will leave with tools to help you understand what you have already, where you’d like to be in the next 3 years and how to develop a roadmap with milestones to check as projects move forward.

This process helps inform decision-making as we go, enabling our work with communities to be more agile and adaptive.
