All students make sure to take a break for yourself to prioritise your wellbeing as you prepare for exams during SWOTVAC. The La Trobe Sports Centre Bendigo is offering you a FREE Puppy Pilates session on Tuesday the 13th of October. 🐶

This session is designed to help students de-stress, improve mobility, and reset. Suitable for all fitness levels, providing a great opportunity to move, relax, and recharge before exams... and pat some puppies. 🧘‍♀️
