Follow your curiosity through writing freely. All that is required is a notepad, pen and a pinch of curiosity. No experience required.

Each session will be inspired by a different topic, and participants will be provided with a variety of sources to help spark their writing.

After writing, we will reflect over a cuppa in the café.

This session is part of the Lifecare Centre's programme of free classes for unpaid carers.

Are you an unpaid carer for someone over 18 years old? Do you support another adult – friend or relative – due to their age, illness or disability?

Being an unpaid carer does not mean that you are the primary carer for someone, it can simply mean you regularly help with picking up the shopping for an elderly neighbour. If you have any questions, please contact the Lifecare Centre: sarahduckmanton@lifecare-edinburgh.org.uk
