Free Rambling Curiosity Workshop for Unpaid Carers

Follow your curiosity through writing freely. All that is required is a notepad, pen and a pinch of curiosity. No experience required.

Each session will be inspired by a different topic, and participants will be provided with a variety of sources to help spark their writing.

After writing, we will reflect over a cuppa in the café. 

This session is part of the Lifecare Centre's programme of free classes for unpaid carers. 

Are you an unpaid carer for someone over 18 years old? Do you support another adult – friend or relative – due to their age, illness or disability?
