Welcome to Sacred Warrior Qi Way.

A space to:

Witness - Yourself exactly where you are.

Rise - Into your authentic self.

Embody - A way of being.

Reset is a free introduction to Qi Gong, a traditional Chinese practice that cultivates awareness, posture, breath and the flow of Qi (Vital Energy).

This class offers you an opportunity to slow down, step away from the demands of daily life and begin developing a relationship with your body through mindful movement and stillness.

Beginner Friendly. No previous Qi Gong experience required.

This practice meets you exactly where you are.

What develops from there is for you to cultivate.
