Our friendly team will be on hand to provide guidance and support, ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable time. Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment; we have paddles available on the day.

Hydration

- drink water an hour before

- bring a water bottle to take on the canoe

Sun Smart

- wear a hat

- wear long sleeves

- apply sun screen

Swimming

o let the steerer know if you are not a strong swimmer
