If you’re interested in deepening your understanding of yoga this is for you.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years and facilitating teacher trainings for 7 years. I am constantly studying and evolving my own practice and understanding.

This is not your average yoga teacher training. Along with an incredible team of highly sought after senior teachers I will guide you back to yourself, through the practices of yoga. This 3 month yoga teacher training is a deep dive into self.

When we understand ourselves we are less reactive, less likely to continue harmful patterns and behaviour and less likely to believe the minds sometimes negative stories.

I truly believe everyone ‘should’ do a yoga teacher training (even though I dont like the word should!). The amount of insight, clarity, peace, self love, love for others, understanding, patience, inspiration, creativity and success I’ve experienced since my first yoga teacher training is so huge.

I’ve done so many things I never thought were possible, including opening my own studio, running my own yoga teacher trainings, running successful yoga retreats, travelling around the world teaching yoga, learning to sing and play instruments, facing my own shadows, finally releasing myself from self judgement and shame and realising my full potential.

My relationships with my friends and family have deepened. When I’m faced with challenging situations I’m able to navigate them with kindness and grace, when I fall down I know how to pick myself up again.

The journey is endless and I’m constantly learning more about myself. I’m constantly peeling back more layers, and this journey can be very challenging but it’s also the most fulfilling, beautiful path. I’m now much more open to the awe and wonder of life. I’m more present and more grateful than ever.
