Event description
FREE THE SPIRIT is a 2-day street dance event that makes space to nurture, cultivate, and celebrate art and creativity by gathering the creative community. On Saturday 24th August, a street dance battle will take place at CrossCulture located in the heart of the CBD. It’ll be a celebration and a night of showcasing Burncity’s dancers of all styles and levels, going head to head in a round-vs-round system. The battle event will be followed by open freestyle workshops on Sunday 25th August, with our judges Shazam, Trace, and Ooshcon, sharing their vast knowledge and techniques on their artistic practices within street dance.
