Yes, yes she does, and so she should. She's not perfect, but neither does she need to be. None of us are perfect, it's hard - this gig being human. But when she loves herself with compassion and kindness, humour and joy, she can love others the same. There's an ease to her being and she can be in the moment. And there - that is the key. To be in the moment, just as it is. Then she has arrived. She has arrived in herself and there she finds peace.

Free to Be Me is a retreat for women to connect with themselves and to each other.

Where each woman is supported in her journey, where ever she is at. Creating the time to come back to ourselves. To fill ourselves up so we may be full of life and vitality and spark. The essence of ourselves. Then, from our full and over-flowing cup can we give; freely, with joy and with choice. Unconditionally. Knowing we are worthy of receiving too.

What you can expect =

~ Come and be nurtured and guided through a fully immersive retreat filled with guided healing and self-exploration. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to bring your best self back to your family and life, having spent four days with a group of awesome women in the rainforest, being cooked for and looked after.

~ You will get to experience sessions that move from helping you identify your personal colours to best express your physical self, to guided meditations to explore and heal different aspects of your inner self, to a masterclass learning tools to connect with your higher self for guidance and healing. PLUS we have a guest facilitator, Kellie Kennett, teaching kundalini yoga every morning.

~ You will get to bliss out for three nights in your own hut in the rainforest, with all your meals prepared for you with divine and delicious vegetarian food, and lots of fun and laughter with like minded women to fill and nourish you, body and soul.

~ All supported by holistic healers, Gerlinda Stella and Amy Harrison, who will kindly and gently guide you through the retreat, help you awaken to the next stage of being in your life, and be available to you to share our own journeys and experiences.

Accommodation Options:

There are two room types to choose from on your retreat:

Deluxe Canopy Cabin, single or twin share:

~ These are premium, spacious cabins with a queen bed (or two singles for twin share), studio style lounge and an indoor, hot water ensuite.

Rainforest Cabin, single or twin share:

~ These huts can open on three sides to the rainforest and have a double bed (or two singles for twin share), and a private, outdoor cold water shower to shower in the rainforest, plus their own toilet and basin. (Hot water showers are available in the longhouse.)

Gerlinda Stella is a Psychic Medium, Reiki healer, intuitive counsellor, meditation teacher and personal stylist. Amy Harrison is a kinesiologist and spiritual healer. Amy's passion is exploring the nature of consciousness and the relationship between body, mind and spirit in health and healing. She has a particular interest in identifying and reprograming the subconscious limiting beliefs that inform the way we view ourselves, the world around us and the possibilities available to us in it.
