Join us every Tuesday at 6:00 am in Peregian Springs for a free full-body strength workout.

This session is designed to build immediate strength and help you feel confident lifting heavier than you currently believe you can. You’ll train alongside supportive, driven and kind-hearted women who are also new to building strength. It’s a powerful (and fun) way to start your month with movement and connection. Additionally, on the FIRST TUESDAY of each month we have a community breakfast at 7am. All nourishing, protein rich whole foods.

What the Workout Looks Like:

Functional warm-up targeting the smaller supporting muscles
Pure strength training rotating through different stations
A spicy but manageable cardio burst to finish
Soul-enriching stretch to bring the body back to calm
FREE connection breakfast if it is the FIRST TUESDAY of each month, ie homemade GF bread with avo and eggs or protein rich overnight oat jars.

This is about more than abs and biceps — it’s about deepening connections and building a strong community of women through joy, trust, support and shared experience.

About Alana
Alana has been training since she was 14 — first through running, then in the gym (where she felt scared of judgment, comparison and not being good enough). Earlier in 2026 she completed her first marathon after just 11 weeks of training, largely thanks to the strength she built in the gym.

Her hope is simple: to help you find joy in fitness, confidence in your body, and strength in your life — not just in the gym.
