Many board /committee members have no idea about the rules by which their organisation should be run. The founding document of your organisation (constitution / rules /trust deed) is the law by which your organisation must run within the context of the broader laws of New Zealand.

Attendees should bring a copy of their current founding document and we will explore what your rules require you to do and how you can amend them to reflect good practice.
