Psychological safety is a vital part of any organisations longevity. When your people feel safe to contribute, respectfully disagree and share concerns you are setting the stage for true innovation. Without this feeling of safety we miss so many opportunities for our teams to shine, to thrive and to be successful.
This workshop will highlight the benefits of psychologically safe environments, and more importantly have participants leave with a plan on HOW to create this in their own working environment.
Safe working environments are the responsibility of all staff and anyone who wants to lead coherent productive teams as a leader or from within the team itself.

If you cancel outside of 7 days prior to the event we will honour a full 100% refund. Should you be unable to attend and cancel between 3-7 days prior to the event we will offer you the opportunity to attend a future session.
