Kia Ora friends, a warm invitation to a vocal toning workshop and sound healing, hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons. Vocal toning is a powerful technique, as using the voice to create specific tones or sounds promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Some think they have to have a beautiful singing voice or be a studied singer to use their voice for healing. This is not true, as long as you can hum... you can tone! All welcome - no experience needed. Simple vocal sounds create healing vibrations within the body.

The first half of the session is exploring the toning practices that can be used in your every day life, through gentle guidance. And rest assured, no one is singled out, as the exercise's are together a group. Nicola takes you deeper with a sound healing voyage in the second half. Simply lie down to relax and receive, with light language, singing and drumming, sound bowl, and other instruments. For your comfort - please bring something to lie on, a blanket, and a cushion.
