Alan has been around for over 30 years (that makes him the oldest member of the team!), working in technology, marketing and business management for local and global organisations. In addition to his role at Orange Digital, Alan sits on the Leadership Team of the Brian Bell Group, playing an important role in the ongoing strategic direction of the group across PNG and Australia.

Ella Batham-Read- Growth and Account Manager

As Growth & Account Manager at Orange Digital, Ella is a strong strategist and communicator. She has worked internationally as a publicist and talent manager for widely known brands, charities and celebrities including Disney, Save the Children, and TKMaxx. With a background in the entertainment industry, Ella holds a degree in English Literature & Film from the University of Manchester, UK.

Embarking on her journey as an influencer in 2015, she has navigated various verticals and countries, including retail, tourism, and hospitality. Abby excels in the entire spectrum, from content creation to fostering impactful collaborations, social media strategy, management and campaign execution.
