Along the way, she has learned that transformation is never really about systems, it’s always about people. She cares deeply about creating environments where teams feel safe to speak up, grow and take risks because she believes confidence and capability are built together, and that’s when both individuals and organisations truly perform at their best. Beyond her corporate career, she leads Women4STEM’s Go Girl program, where she and her team are helping inspire the next generation of girls to see themselves in science, technology and leadership.

Dr Olivia Sackett
Dr Olivia Sackett leads industry and research teams to deliver outsized impact using science, data and AI. Olivia has a unique blend of experience spanning Antarctic research, organizational psychology, product management, analytics, artificial intelligence, Earth observation, and climate & sustainability. Olivia spent 10+ years tackling globally significant challenges with high profile organisations such as Virgin Pulse, NASA, Microsoft, Geoscience Australia, EY and Deloitte. Olivia specialises in bridging the messy-middle of human behaviour that lies between data and value.

Remy Abraham
Remy Abraham is a multi-sector technology leader and founder with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between technical excellence and social impact. A visionary strategist and board member, Remy has built a career defined by high-stakes leadership in engineering, IT, and critical infrastructure. As a Certified Scrum Master with a Postgraduate degree in Agile Project Management, Remy is a vocal advocate for strategic up-skilling as a driver of career agility. She has successfully navigated the transition from technical engineering to executive governance and entrepreneurship by mastering the art of the "micro-credential"—leveraging targeted certifications and agile methodologies to stay ahead of the innovation curve. Currently leading community education and engagement initiatives within the rail industry, Remy is deeply committed to democratizing access to future-ready skills. She combines her engineering rigour with a cross-cultural leadership lens to empower women in STEM, proving that with the right strategic approach, world-class expertise can be built through continuous, accessible, and high-impact learning.
