Wellbeing in a Crisis walks you through a simple three-step method focused on the how - in 30 minutes.

About this Event

This webinar was developed in response to a perceived need in our community to manage a unique situation and slew of negative news focused on health and financial threats, beyond anything anyone in our lifetime has experienced. It is also a response to the positive and seemingly helpful information telling us what we need to do and the mindset we need to have to thrive these unusual circumstances. What is missing is the how - how do we take action? How do we move from stuck to in-control?

At the conclusion of the webinar you will:

Understand the process of wellbeing so you can see how the three step process fits.
Identify and record what is in your control so you can focus your energy.
Bring your expectations in line with reality so you can move out of frustration and into action.
Feel your feelings so you can create perspective and a sense of control

This session will last 30 minutes.
